Meds desperately needed, need to raise $157 USD ASAP. Please help.

I know a lot of us are struggling financially at this point and I really hate having to do this. My boyfriend Michael just told me that he’s been out of his very important medications for 2-3 days already and can’t afford to get more. Among other chronic health issues, he has a history of strokes, high blood pressure (which is a risk factor for future strokes), arthritis, depression, and chronic pain.

He’s trying to get $157 USD for two weeks worth of meds, to hopefully get him through until his next payday. Without his meds, he’s at risk of being hospitalized, as well as missing work (and therefore earning less money, as he’s an hourly employee) because he’s too symptomatic to work.

Michael has been off his meds in the past and it’s quickly led to a worsening of his symptoms and him ending up hospitalized.

I moved recently and money has been really tight for me; I’m not even able to buy a bed this month, which is really needed because of my own chronic health issues and chronic pain. I’m limited to disability benefits and my food assistance was drastically reduced even though my expenses increased but my income didn’t, so I’m not in a position to be able to help him much if at all, as much as it’s killing me not to be able to.

We would both greatly appreciate help. Even if you can only donate $1, it’s very much appreciated. If you can’t, reblogging this is appreciated too.

He’s really not doing well and just texted me that he just wants to sleep. It’s going to take at least a few days for his meds to get back into his system and for him to start feeling better, once he can get them.

Capricorn Full Moon 2017

Keep in mind people who come into and out of your life - but don’t dwell on who’s left. Capricorn Full and New Moons are all about lessons, and teaching the ones we often don’t want to hear - but it also brings about a wave of calm and understanding that we otherwise wouldn’t be able to have.
